Ellen Bini, Analyst

At Leland Consulting Group, Ellen supports a variety of economic and urban development projects through qualitative research, data analysis, and writing. She is experienced in research that integrates insights from data and policy analysis with input from community and stakeholders, including past work on a Climate Adaptation Strategy for Vancouver, Washington. Ellen is passionate about fostering equitable, climate-resilient communities through community-driven strategy, policy, and plan development.

In her free time, Ellen enjoys growing and foraging medicinal herbs and exploring the Pacific Northwest wonderland with her dog and husband.
