Dave Leland is one of the most knowledgeable real estate strategists in the country, with more than 40 years of experience as a consultant, advisor, developer, and owner. He has conducted and managed more than 3,000 real estate projects and assignments.

 

Dave’s particular interest lies in downtown revitalization, smart growth communities, transit-oriented development, and innovative mixed-use employment centers. His specialty is working with diverse – and sometimes divisive – groups to establish innovative strategies that lead to successful solutions for complex issues.

 

Dave now makes his permanent home in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and continues to be very involved with Leland Consulting Group.
