West Linn Unanimously Adopts Waterfront Vision Plan

On November 18th, the West Linn City Council unanimously voted to adopt a Waterfront Vision Plan, which will act as a guiding document for zoning and regulatory changes, partner agreements, and infrastructure investments to help reconnect the community to the river and Willamette Falls. As part of a multidisciplinary team led by Toole Design Group, Leland conducted outreach to key stakeholders, conducted a market analysis, and recommended implementation strategies for zoning and development partnerships. We are excited to see this historic plan move forward.
