We’re thrilled to announce that Lizzy Caston has joined Leland Consulting Group as a Senior Associate. Lizzy brings over 25 years of experience in urban, economic, and community development, project management, and strategic planning. Her work focuses on equitable and sustainable development, placemaking, and innovative approaches to economic growth.

Lizzy has led creative economic development projects across North America, from post-Katrina recovery efforts in New Orleans to arts and culture initiatives in Portland’s Alberta Arts District. She is also a published author, educator, and former director of Techfest NW, with expertise spanning food systems, affordable housing, and digital transformation.

At Leland, Lizzy will contribute her depth of knowledge and expertise to projects throughout our core business areas while also mentoring staff and advancing our business development efforts. Her passion for creating vibrant communities makes her an invaluable addition to our team.
