She is an experienced researcher and analyst whose cross-sectoral professional experience informs her work. Jennifer has expertise in marketing, database administration, and qualitative and quantitative market research as well as education and advocacy. Jennifer is passionate about accessibility and universal design, housing policy, and the future of mobility.
