Daria Pugacheva, Senior Analyst

Daria is an urban planner, analyst, and strategist focusing on leveraging data and mapping to uncover challenges and to envision opportunities in urban communities. She is passionate about sustainable development that incorporates environmental, economic, and social justice principles. Her experience spans from design development for small communities to strategies for large mixed-use real estate projects, campus planning, and adaptation of post-industrial lands. She is also a Fulbright Scholar bringing international expertise in urbanism and connecting communities around the world.

Before joining Leland Consulting Group, Daria was the Lead Urban Planner and Architect at an international consulting firm, Citymakers, based in Moscow. When not at work, she enjoys photography, museums, hiking, and exploring new cities.​​
